Performance

Pioneer Car Stereo DEH-2450UB will look nice in any car with a black or dark brown interior. It will enhance the look of your car’s interior. Pioneer DEH-2450UB produced very deep bass and high fidelity no matter what the source was. We played different genres of songs from CDs, iPod, HTC and iPhone. We tried the auxiliary input to play songs directly from iPhone. In every case, Pioneer DEH-2450UB produced clean, distortion-free sound through the two front and two rear speakers we had preinstalled in our car. Even at 90% volume, the stereo did not produce any distortion.

Pioneer DEH-2450UB lets you install a subwoofer without using an additional amplifier. The built-in amplifier can be used for subwoofer output. The wiring diagram is given in the user manual for this. In order to check the built-in amplifier’s power, we tried Pioneer DEH-2450UB audio receiver in a different car with a sub-woofer. It produced an extraordinary bass in this configuration. The sound output was loud and it created such vibration in the car that we could feel the music in our body.

The remote control makes it easy to switch between different songs in different folders. The List button gives you an easy way to browse a large list of songs.

Pioneer DEH-2450UB features RDS (Radio Data System). The radio reception is excellent. We could listen to the radio without any loss of radio signal even when we took the car to basement parking.
